Digital Performance Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Digital (Performance) Marketing Manager to drive customer and revenue growth through optimization and experimentation on existing paid media channels as well as identifying new opportunities.

In Short

• Develop and manage the paid marketing program for Ratehub.ca.
• Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end campaigns across various platforms.
• Continuously test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
• Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and pacing daily.
• Implement multi-channel attribution and conversion tracking.
• Stay current with platform algorithm updates and advertising compliance.
• Provide recommendations for performance marketing initiatives.
• Develop reporting and analytics to measure campaign performance.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify performance trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Data-driven decision-making ability.
• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads.
• Experience with WordPress CMS.
• Experience with A/B testing and creative asset development.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
• A resourceful and self-motivated individual.
• An interest in personal finance is a bonus.
