Overview

The Experienced Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing contract fulfillment, ensuring compliance with deadlines and service levels, and overseeing service delivery activities within the organization.

In Short

  • Manage contract fulfillment focusing on time, quality, and cost.
  • Develop offers for contract expansions and renewals.
  • Accountable for E2E execution of farming and upselling.
  • Identify and manage opportunities in contract-related business.
  • Coordinate service delivery activities and supervise work.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and service levels.
  • Apply project delivery methodologies and tools.
  • Manage financial and service reporting, including billing.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives as part of continuous improvement.
  • Work with automotive customers and global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT industry and Service Delivery Management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile concepts.
  • Fluency in English (C1 or B2 level), German is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to expand beyond traditional management approaches.
  • Experience with ticketing tools and security protocols.
  • Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies is advantageous.
  • Experience in contract management is a plus.
