Medior DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Medior DevOps Engineer will be part of a central team that develops and operates a digital construction support platform for fiber-rollout in Germany, working with a modern tech stack including AWS and Kubernetes.

In Short

• Design, build, and run cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform/Ansible.
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and ArgoCD.
• Implement monitoring & logging solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional, agile team.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Several years of DevOps / Cloud Engineer experience.
• Strong hands-on skills with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Solid experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• CI/CD expertise (GitLab or similar).
• Confident English communication skills.
• Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
• Monitoring & logging expertise.
• Database administration knowledge.
• Knowledge of GeoServer or GIS platforms.
