Overview

The Senior Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing contract fulfillment, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and coordinating service delivery activities across various organizational units.

In Short

  • Manage contract fulfillment with a focus on time, quality, and cost.
  • Develop offers for contract expansions and manage escalations.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of standard farming.
  • Identify and manage opportunities in contract-related business.
  • Coordinate service delivery activities between units.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and service levels.
  • Apply project delivery methodologies and tools.
  • Manage financial and service reporting along with billing.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize ticketing tools and understand security protocols.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry, particularly in Service Delivery Management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile concepts.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level); German is a plus (B2 level).
  • Strong presentation and moderating skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
  • Willingness to adapt beyond traditional management approaches.
  • Experience with ticketing tools and security protocols.
  • Experience with Earth Observation or satellite data is advantageous.
