Overview

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing contract fulfillment, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and overseeing service delivery activities within the organization.

In Short

  • Accountable for managing contract fulfillment focusing on time, quality, and cost.
  • Responsible for offers for contract expansions and simple renewals.
  • Manage E2E execution of standard farming and upselling.
  • Identify and manage opportunities in contract-related standard/product business.
  • Coordinate service delivery activities and supervise organizational units.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and expected service levels.
  • Apply project delivery methodologies, tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Manage financial and service reporting, along with billing procedures.
  • Responsible for cost-saving initiatives as part of continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry, particularly in Service Delivery Management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile concepts.
  • Outstanding communication skills in German (C1 or B2) and English (B2 or higher).
  • Strong presentation and moderating skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to expand beyond traditional Service Delivery Management.
  • Experience with ticketing tools and security protocols.
  • Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies is advantageous.
  • Experience in contract management is a plus.
