Overview

The Director, Learning & Development – North America for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading the transformation and expansion of the Learning & Development function across Sales and Service, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and long-term talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 12+ years.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial training or sales enablement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in training evaluation and reporting tools.
• Experience in coaching and developing teams.
• Sales experience in the diagnostics industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct analyses for insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing projects and vendors.
