In Short

• Understand technical challenges and development timelines for early clinical evaluations across all disease areas covered by OIC.
• Lead biomarker development, translational research, and Phase 1/Phase 2/POC strategies with medical, scientific, and clinical input.
• Identify and propose strategies for implementing biomarkers and technologies from external partners and CROs.
• Enhance early-stage clinical development capabilities in collaboration with external partners and manage clinical trial execution.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in clinical/product development in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• PhD in medicine/pharmacy, or a master's degree in pharmacy, biology, medicine, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with members from different regions and roles in a global environment.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Intermediate to advanced Japanese and English communication skills.
