Overview

The Regional Marketing Manager for Myopia in the EMEA region will lead the launch and execution of Santen’s low-dose atropine treatment for pediatric myopia, contributing to the company’s strategic growth and leadership in this new therapeutic area.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
• University degree in science/business/marketing or MBA.
• Ability to develop and execute brand plans.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret commercial data.
• Understanding of customer and market insights.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies.
• High creativity and resourcefulness.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA (up to 30%).
• Proficiency in English.
