Overview

The Regional Customer Success Manager for EMEA will lead the Customer Success team, developing strategies and processes for the region while managing a book of brand accounts and mentoring team members.

  • Lead the Customer Success team in EMEA.

  • Develop strategies to meet KPIs for retention and upselling.
  • Onboard and train high-value accounts.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues.
  • Expand revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Train and manage team performance.
  • Contribute to global team meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for client experience.
  • Advocate for regional client needs with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • French Speaking (Business-level proficiency).
  • Bachelor’s degree (desirable).
  • 7+ years of account management experience.
  • 5+ years in SaaS, B2B, or Account Management.
  • Experience in fashion or creative industries preferred.
  • Experience managing teams across regions.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams.
