Overview

The Regional Customer Success Manager for EMEA will drive customer experience and support a team across multiple regions, focusing on account management and retention strategies.

In Short

  • Lead the Customer Success team and develop regional strategies.
  • Manage a book of brand accounts while mentoring the EMEA team.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and improve NPS scores.
  • Onboard and develop relationships with high-value accounts.
  • Handle client escalations and resolve complex issues.
  • Expand revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Train and manage team members' performance.
  • Contribute to global team meetings with insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for seamless client experience.
  • Advocate for client needs with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French (Business-level proficiency).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years managing accounts or business ownership experience.
  • 5+ years in SaaS, B2B, or tech preferred.
  • 5+ years of team management experience across regions.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
