Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience in a tech-driven environment (cloud, SaaS preferred).
  • Strong coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
