Overview

The Senior Manager for Labor Relations & Employee Relations will be responsible for ensuring a safe and comfortable workplace environment in the Japanese subsidiary of Santen, a global pharmaceutical company specializing in ophthalmology.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Japanese labor laws.
• Excellent communication skills across various levels.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with data analysis and KPI management.
• Proficiency in English and native-level Japanese.
• Leadership in managing confidential information.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
