Senior Manager, Employee Relations - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Employee Relations to join our team. This is a remote role based in the U.S., reporting to the Director, Employee Relations.

In Short

• Providing expert advice, counsel, and resolution to employees and managers on complex and sensitive concerns.
• Leading, investigating, and resolving formal claims such as harassment and discrimination.
• Maintaining an organized case management system while running analytics and producing dashboards.
• Developing and implementing programs to enhance managerial capabilities and workplace culture.
• Partnering with HR leaders and stakeholders to establish best practices.
• 8+ years of overall HR experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Employee Relations.
• Solid understanding of labor and employment laws, particularly in the Americas.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience driving employee relations initiatives across global teams.
• Proven ability to analyze data metrics for organizational decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall HR experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Employee Relations.
• Solid understanding of federal, state, and international labor laws.
• Demonstrated success in developing employee relations programs.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
