Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist - Remote

Overview

You will execute IAM projects that support Recursion’s IAM strategy, focusing on implementing IAM workflows to meet evolving business needs.

In Short

• Merge and federate Recursion’s multiple Okta instances
• Improve onboarding, offboarding and other identity lifecycle workflows.
• Automate on-demand provisioning workflows for access requests (service now)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve RBAC/ABAC
• Drive assigned activities in project scope status updates and documentation development.
• Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to Recursion team

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and other information security related domains.
• Deep understanding of security principles and proven track record of leading large-scale IAM projects.
• Expert level experience with IAM products Okta, AWS, Azure AD
• Expert level experience automating identity workflows
• Expert level experience in Adaptive Authentication, OAuth, OpenID, SAML
• Expertise in programming languages (Java, C++, Python) related to IAM products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Act as a Business Systems Analyst to articulate requirements and use-cases.
