Associate Application Support Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Associate Application Support Consultant is the first point of contact for customers regarding IT and Business Application issues, providing effective support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Provide professional support to customers on IT and Business Application queries.
• Progress issues through to resolution, collaborating with colleagues as needed.
• Investigate and document application defects.
• Handle customer escalations and keep them updated on progress.
• Comply with company policies and ISO standards.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Develop personal skills in product knowledge and soft skills.
• Train and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize workload.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Experience in a customer service environment is advantageous.
• Dutch language knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in finance or project settings is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Unit4 ERP modules or ServiceNow is a plus.
