Overview

The Associate Application Support Consultant is responsible for providing professional and efficient support for Unit4's ERP solutions, acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding IT and Business Application inquiries.

In Short

• Provide support for Unit4 ERP solutions.
• Liaise with colleagues and R&D to resolve issues.
• Document application defects and process improvements.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain communication.
• Comply with information security requirements and company policies.
• Mentor less experienced team members.

• Exhibit strong communication skills in English and Dutch.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of Unit4 ERP modules is an asset.
• Experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize workload.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Initiative to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL is a plus.
• Experience in Corporate IT is advantageous.
• Organized and diligent with a good understanding of ERP products.
