The Senior Technical Support Consultant role involves providing professional support for Unit4 ERP solutions, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring effective resolution of issues in a remote capacity from the UK.

In Short

  • First point of contact for IT and Business Application support.
  • Provide effective support service to Unit4 customers.
  • Liaise with colleagues and R&D for issue resolution.
  • Document and investigate application defects.
  • Handle customer escalations and maintain communication.
  • Comply with Company’s information and Security Requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in Customer Support environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize workload.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server.
  • Ability to write and understand SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts.
