In Short

  • Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails
  • Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties
  • Gather data to ensure the required technical info is collected to resolve even more complex tickets
  • Provide guidance on configuring and deploying SASE solutions
  • Help customers with the setup and troubleshooting of secure private access solutions
  • Identify and resolve network issues
  • Review and analyze local logs to detect anomalies
  • Excellent English communication skills required
  • Prior experience in tech support is a must
  • Experience in networking is essential

Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of networking technologies
  • Understanding of cybersecurity
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems is a plus
  • Degree in computer science or IT is advantageous
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is beneficial
  • Experience with remote desktop applications is a plus
  • Experience with engineers is advantageous
