Requirements

  • 1+ years of application support experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel reporting.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to excellence in customer support.
  • Fluency in English and a secondary language.
  • Willingness to learn new technology products.
