• Must have journeyman certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical crafts.
• Five plus years of facility maintenance experience preferred.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
• Experience with industrial equipment and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems such as MAXIMO is helpful.
• Participate in safety training and compliance.

Requirements

• Journeyman certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
• Five years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HVAC/R systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and procedures.
• Experience with building automation systems is a plus.
• Ability to maintain spare parts inventories.
• Forklift and aerial lift operator certification preferred.
