Maintenance Mechanic - Remote

Overview

As a Maintenance Mechanic at JLL, you will play a crucial role in supporting our watch engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through a diverse range of maintenance tasks.

In Short

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and emergency response tasks.
• Conduct general maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Utilize CMMS work order system for maintenance assignments.
• Repair and install various building components.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to tenants.
• Recognize and propose methods to eliminate safety hazards.
• Support after-hours building-related activities as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Complete safety trainings as scheduled.
• Work a rotating schedule from 6PM to 6AM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Entry-level experience in general building repair and maintenance.
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to perform strenuous labor and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to handle various maintenance tasks.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.
