We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Intranet Content Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract to support our SharePoint intranet environment, enhance user experience, and ensure efficient content management.

• Review and improve existing SharePoint intranet sites, libraries, and content structures.
• Oversee the creation and review of additional content for the SharePoint intranet.
• Devise best practices for document management and site governance.
• Train and support users in content management and SharePoint functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze SharePoint usage for efficiency and engagement.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with IT teams for enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Ability to analyze and optimize content for usability and accessibility.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience in SharePoint content management.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and workflows.
• Experience in user training and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of document management best practices.
• Experience with Power Automate is helpful.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or SharePoint Framework is helpful.
