Payroll Support Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Payroll Support Consultant, you’ll be working within our Customer Experience team and will be responsible for gathering information from customers and ensuring their continued support and success after implementing our Employment Hero product.

In Short

• Provide timely and accurate support to customers post go-live.
• Resolve support tickets efficiently while delivering a high level of customer care.
• Reduce ticket escalation volume through proactive troubleshooting.
• Enhance the customer experience by contributing to process improvements.
• Assist clients with updates and troubleshooting.
• Respond to customer tickets, calls, and queries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the support team to provide best practices.
• Analyze product functionality and identify root causes of issues.
• Manage Problem Tickets urgently with key stakeholders.
• Leverage internal tools for maintaining records and ticket investigations.

Requirements

• Relevant Australian and/or New Zealand Payroll knowledge.
• Experience in setting up and administrating payroll systems.
• Exposure to high change environments.
• Prior experience in customer experience within a SaaS environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
