Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Backend Engineer.
• Strong capabilities in backend architecture and system design.
• Comfort working in cloud-native environments, ideally AWS.
• Proficiency in modern backend languages (Ruby, Go, Java, Node, Python).
• Ownership mindset and confidence in debugging production systems.
• Clear communication and async collaboration skills.
