In Short

• Guide Bureau clients through their software implementation journey.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure a smooth transition.
• Design and deliver training on best practices.
• Act as a subject-matter expert to improve internal processes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Review client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems and industry.
• Support content creation for training and implementation.
• Respond to customer queries within SLAs.
• Attend on-site training with clients as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of implementation and training experience.
• Expert knowledge of UK payroll requirements.
• Experience in creating learning content.
• Extensive Payroll or HR implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• A passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
