Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven success in hiring across commercial and/or CX functions.
• Experience in SaaS, tech, scale-up, or high-growth environments.
• Strong sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working across UK and Canadian time zones.
• A passion for candidate experience and employer branding.
