Overview

As Assent’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with India Hiring Leaders across the organization to source, attract, develop and retain high-quality talent, facilitating the selection of top talent for current and future business needs.

In Short

• Identify and develop innovative recruitment strategies for high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand unique talent acquisition requirements.
• Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Assent’s culture and values.
• Build relationships with colleges/universities and community programs.
• Participate in special projects to enhance the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of global recruiting and sourcing experience in a SaaS or product-led organization.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Expert in full cycle recruitment and relationship building.
• Highly adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
