APAC Finance Administrator - Remote

In Short

• Contract position for 1 year, full-time, remote work.
• Administer and maintain confidential employee pay data.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll reports and timesheets.
• Act as the main contact for payroll and finance queries.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration or finance operations.
• Excel proficiency is a must.
• Experience with Netsuite and Zendesk is advantageous.

Requirements

• 1-2 years work experience in payroll administration and/or finance operations.
• Experience in an Employer of Record structure is a plus.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information accurately.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
