Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration and/or finance operations.
• Customer service experience is a must.
• Excel proficiency is required.
• Experience with Netsuite and Zendesk is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience in cross-country payroll is a plus.
