Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service applications or Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
