In Short

  • Manage a team of CSMs to deliver monthly and quarterly goals
  • Provide leadership and direction to a high-performance team
  • Develop specific and targeted goals for contributors on your team
  • Find innovative ways to improve and increase performance
  • Develop and maintain understanding of EvenUp’s products and services
  • Execute and improve on customer engagements
  • Support consistent client success processes
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations
  • Collaborate with leadership team to achieve objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success
  • 1+ year of experience in a first line manager role
  • Previous experience as a top-performing CSM or Account Manager
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Effective communicator with good people instincts
  • Eager for a hands-on role with diverse projects
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented
  • High integrity and enthusiasm for long-term growth
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks a month if required
