In Short

  • Own the success of Enterprise customers ensuring they realize the full value of the Confluent platform.
  • Manage consumption planning, use case mapping, and business value realization.
  • Contribute to the Account Strategy set by the Account Director.
  • Meet/exceed quarterly renewal targets through proactive customer management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate engagement with Confluent resources for ongoing customer success.
  • Promote Confluent features and communicate ROI to stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with key users and decision makers.
  • Advocate for customer requirements within Confluent.
  • Identify issues and escalate for prompt resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Customer Success role with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Comfortable working with Enterprise organizations.
  • Data-driven decision-making with full ownership of work.
  • Strong team player with the ability to navigate complex dynamics.
  • Excellent communicator and listener.
  • Fluency in Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Ability to articulate business value to various organizations.
  • Experience managing a book of business with significant ARR.
  • Familiarity with data streaming or cloud software technologies.
