IT Business Partner - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will ensure that new digital solutions are successfully implemented in Germany, working closely with our works councils and employee representatives.

In Short

• Prepare and accompany negotiations with works councils and employee representatives, in close collaboration with cross-departmental teams.
• Make technical content understandable and target group-oriented.
• Support the rollout of global IT solutions and applications, aligning them with the local market.
• Keep an eye on labor law, co-determination, and data protection requirements.
• Be part of the Retail Tech & Operations team in Germany.
• Work closely with Expansion, Legal, Business Tech, international tech teams, and local works councils.
• Report to the Regional Tech & Operations Manager.
• Bridge technological innovation and operational coordination.
• Experience in collaboration with works councils or employee representatives.
• Excellent understanding of system landscapes and digital processes, especially SAP & Microsoft applications.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of labor law, co-determination law, or data protection is a plus.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Structured thinking and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to quickly grasp and explain digital contexts.
• Open, empathetic, and reliable communication style.
