Overview

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and strategic HRBP to support departments in our Go to Market organization, partnering with their leadership teams.

In Short

  • Design, support and execute people-related strategy.
  • Act as a strategic partner and advisor through thought partnership, coaching and guidance to senior leadership (mostly directors and above).
  • Coach and develop senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities, foster high-performing teams, and maintain a strong people-first culture.
  • Proactively assess team and organizational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions by leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth.
  • Partner with HR Functions and Regional and global HR Partners for workforce planning and employee engagement.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to promote a culture of belonging.

Requirements

  • 6+ years as an HR Business Partner in the tech industry, ideally from hyper-growth SaaS Companies.
  • Experience supporting Go to Market and Client-facing departments.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and a commercial mindset.
  • Experience in a global environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner.
  • Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Collaborator and team player with an inclusive mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
  • Holds analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrates project management and change management experience.
