As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll play a critical role in shaping an exceptional employee experience, fostering a high-performance culture, and developing strong, effective leaders. You'll work closely with managers across the organization, equipping them with the tools, guidance, and support they need to lead high-impact teams. You'll also help support initiatives that foster connection, pride, and an environment where Virtans can do their best work. Requirements

• 5-7+ years of HR experience in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with leaders.
• Experience in performance management and employee relations.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Integrity and management of confidential information.
• Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices.
• Familiarity with ADP, Slack, and gSuite.
