Overview

The Scrum Master plays a central role in guiding product teams through Agile transformations, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of products while adhering to the SAFe framework.

In Short

• Lead a product team in Data Integration and Master Data Management.
• Engage with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and PI Planning.
• Encourage teams to self-organize and improve delivery.
• Track KPIs and drive team improvements.
• Remove blockers and coach teams.

Requirements

• Scrum Master certification is essential.
• 3-5 years of experience as Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of IT Service management (ITIL).
• Experience with outsourced development teams.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Project management certifications are a plus.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in relevant tools.
• Knowledge of Data Management practices is a plus.
