Requirements

• Practical knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., energy, finance).
• Fluent or upper-intermediate English for team communication.
• Nice-to-have: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM).
• Strong facilitation and servant leadership mindset.

• Adept at aligning technical teams with non-technical priorities.
