Overview

Aid the development teams in understanding and applying agile practices effectively, specifically the Scrum framework. Assess a team's maturity of agile practices and educate team members on scrum practices and lean concepts.

In Short

• Facilitates scrum team events and coaches the team to self-organize.
• Creates and maintains workflows to enhance team efficiencies.
• Conducts team level quarterly health checks.
• Helps identify and remove blockers for the Scrum Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or IT, or 3 years’ work experience required.
• 3 years working in Scrum Master role or on a Scrum Team.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Practical experience in multiple agile frameworks.
• Skilled in facilitation and conflict mediation.
• Experience with Forecasting and Release Planning Practices.
• Understanding of CI/CD techniques.
• Proficient in building automation for team efficiency.
• Skilled communicator focused on commitment and respect.
