In Short

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and team members.

• Track and manage sprint metrics for transparency.

• Partner with Release Train Engineers for cross-team coordination.
• Coach the team on Agile/SAFe principles.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience as a Scrum Master in a technology environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and tools.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Professional certifications like CSM or SAFe Scrum Master preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to resolving challenges.
• Experience in procurement or ERP-related technology projects is a plus.
