Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.
• Experience leading multiple software development teams.
• Client-facing experience managing stakeholder relationships.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools like Jira.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
