Overview

The Scrum Master at CDW plays a crucial role in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and guiding the team in Agile best practices to enhance team performance and collaboration.

In Short

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups and Sprint Planning.
Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices.
Remove impediments to the team’s progress.
Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management.
Track team metrics such as velocity and sprint progress.
Foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
Coach team members on Agile principles.
Shield the team from outside distractions.
Work in a multi-team environment is a plus.
Experience in large-scale Agile environments is desirable.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
Excellent understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Ability to manage multiple teams is a plus.
