Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of IT infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, virtualized systems, and Microsoft Cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform advanced root cause analysis.
• Customer service focused with high professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a large data center environment is a plus.
• Dynamics 365 support experience is a plus.
