In Short

• Engage in requirements gathering and analyze business processes.
• Lead Microsoft architecture and design new solutions.
• Conduct capacity planning and logical/physical architecture design.
• Perform technology assessments and health checks.
• Install, integrate, configure, and deploy Microsoft solutions.
• Develop and perform testing for Microsoft solutions.
• Provide training and support as necessary.
• Maintain environments following coding best practices and SDLC.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft solutions.
• Focus on AD migration, AD consolidation, and Azure/M365 setup.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in team settings and multi-task environment.
• Experience with Quest On Demand Migration Tool is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Cloud market trends.
