In Short

• Assess the current state of IAM environments and systems.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• Plan and conduct analysis of client business processes.
• Review and analyze client and system data.
• Draft and review use cases and documentation.
• Assist IAM architects with design documentation.
• Develop test plans and test cases for IAM solutions.
• Communicate status and escalate issues as needed.
• Author technical documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT-related field.
• PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, CCBA a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or business analysis.
• Experience with IAM components.
• Knowledge of project management knowledge areas.
• Advanced working knowledge of project management software.
• Understanding of Gantt charting and project scheduling.
• Advanced knowledge of Office products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
