Overview

RIVA Solutions is seeking a Technical Specialist III to provide advanced business support services to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) under the NEITS program, focusing on operational excellence in budgeting, finance, acquisition planning, and business process improvement.

In Short

• Provide comprehensive support to NOAA’s business team.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of program budgets.
• Coordinate internal project meetings and track action items.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technical discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite.
