AI Practice Lead - Remote

Overview

RIVA Solutions is seeking an innovative and hands-on AI Practice Lead to architect, advance, and scale our next-generation AI capabilities across our core business lines.

In Short

• Define and lead the roadmap for RIVA’s AI Practice.
• Architect and deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Build and scale AI/ML operations pipelines.
• Serve as a hands-on technical expert.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for cloud-native AI solutions.
• Collaborate with BD/Sales teams for AI-enabled proposals.
• Establish AI delivery standards and governance models.
• Integrate cybersecurity and compliance into AI architectures.
• Track emerging AI trends for new capabilities.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary AI team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI prototypes and ML models.
• Strong experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure AI/ML services.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and LLM deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices.
• Experience applying human-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data compliance considerations.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
