Overview

The AI Practice Lead at OneSix will lead a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists and oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions for clients. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen to deliver impactful AI-driven innovations while fostering organizational growth and excellence.

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models.

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs.
• Develop proposals showcasing the business value of AI solutions.
• Encourage continuous learning and best practices in AI and ML engineering.
• Ensure scalability and performance of AI models and production pipelines.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
• Drive key performance indicators such as Customer Satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in AI & machine learning techniques.
• Strong background in data engineering and model deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain AI concepts.
• 10+ years of consultative experience in AI, ML, or data-driven solutions.
• Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
