Toptal is seeking a VP, AI Practice Lead to define and execute the strategy for AI, machine learning, and generative AI services, combining technical expertise with business acumen to build impactful offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years in Technology Services, 10+ in AI/ML.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI governance.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with P&L ownership in technology services.
• Industry experience in marketing, finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business conversations.
• Collaborative mindset to work with various teams.
