Corporate IT Specialist - Remote

Overview

RIVA Solutions is seeking a Corporate IT Specialist to join our internal IT team and support enterprise-wide operations in a remote-first environment. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve internal systems, provide end-user support, and support cybersecurity and IT best practices.

In Short

• Provide technical support to RIVA employees.
• Administer and maintain internal IT systems and cloud environments.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain asset inventory and support hardware lifecycle processes.
• Support cybersecurity best practices.
• Document IT procedures and system configurations.
• Provide training on new technologies.
• Support internal audits and compliance documentation.
• Respond to tickets through internal helpdesk channels.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement IT improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate IT or desktop support roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Experience supporting remote users.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.
