Microsoft 365 Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for all aspects of M365 applications and services deployed, including monitoring and support of the overall service.

In Short

• Technical management of Exchange Online and other technical areas.
• Management of Teams telephony, including call routing configuration.
• Providing user support for incidents and service requests.
• Escalating issues to vendors and managing tickets until resolution.
• Maintaining availability through proactive management and monitoring.
• Awareness and support in adopting the M365 roadmap and new tools.
• Assisting in managing all M365 services.
• Responsibility for Azure Active Directory Sync services.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as an M365 Engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of Exchange Online.
• Experience with eDiscovery, EOP, and ATP.
• Experience using the M365 security and compliance portal.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory synchronization processes.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell and other scripting languages.
• Fluent in French and English.
